Hi all,

I am trying the Data->Simulation feature (under Linux) and it works great with "Simulate 1" and "Simulate 1 to file", but the "Simulate many" option does not seem to work:

The number of replicates menu appears but then, no window appears and hyphy just stays idle.

I have tested it under Mac OSX, and it works. No such luck on Win32.

Any hint?

Dear Albert,

This feature is not hooked up in the GTK version of the GUI yet; it works on Mac and Windows. I'll post a note here when the feature has been activated. I should have included a warning message; sorry about this!

Dear Albert,

Today's (June 14th) rebuild should have the feature enabled for the GTK version.
