Would it be possible to move the option:

       (8):Syn and non-syn trees

inside the "Results" options:

       (1):View Results
       (2):Save Results

so that one could save the result of (8) into a file of choice.

For example:

       (1):View Results
       (2):Save Results
       (3):Variance Estimates
       (4):Save Covariance Matrix
       (5):Parametric Bootstrap
       (6):Nonparametric Bootstrap
       (7):Parameter Sampler
       (8):Syn and non-syn trees
       (9):Ancestral Sequences
       (10):Suzuki-Gojobori Derived Adapative Selection Tool

Please type in the abbreviation for the tool you want to use (or press q to exit):

choose *2*

then *8*

then specify a file name or names where to save the trees or each of them.

I have added the save option to save trees to a file inside 'syn and non-syn trees'. Drop this file Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login into TemplateBatchFiles to enable the changes.

So, a console sequence would look like this:
