A few options/bug-fixes that it would be swell to see added to the present HyPhy interface:

- customizable highlighting color for cases in which font is difficult to read in selected field
- check box for zero-base indexing for Input Partition dialogue
- Invert Selection does not seem to be working for selections converted from partitions (selection to invert must be contained in viewer window?).
