Title: "Invalid Matrix Index"

After successfully running a SLAC analysis, I tried a FEL analysis on the same sequences (253 seq, 984 nucleotides long) + tree.

The program printed output for the first ten sites, and then I received the error:

"An error occured:
Invalid Matrix Index [10][7] in a 306 by 7 matrix.
Current BL Command:doneSites[siteMap][7]=0
Current operation/job has been terminated."

Any ideas?

Dear Sarah,

This was a bug in the analysis; I fixed it (I am pretty sure) about three weeks ago. You may want to download the newest version of HyPhy.
