Hello Sergei,

I have a question about how I can to estimate dN/dS from only the sequences (without the tree). Is it possible?
I know that in datamonkey software the input file needs the sequences and the tree.

Ok, now I'm finding that isn´t necessary to introduce the tree in the input file to estimate dN/dS. The software runs with just the sequences.

Dear Miguel,

Datamonkey still needs the tree, but if you don't give it one, the program will builds a neighbor joining tree.
