Hello
I have run this batch fie and i get and error message about a missing "]" in pccounter,pc2. I have looked in the batch file and the "]" is there, what could be wrong?

Dear Hanan,

Could you please verify that you are running a recent version of HyPhy? Look in the About box for the date following 1.00.
It should be at least 2008....
