Hi guys,

I have a question for when you have ran say for instance SLAC and you want to generatea plot of observed dN across your sequence. I am a little unclear to what it means on the y axis. So on the x axis you have codon position but im unsure how you explain the y axis with the following name dn-ds

Dear Pedro,

The label is something the user inputs on the plot form - it is not automatically updated when you switch what is being plotted. See the attached figure for reference.
