Hello,

is there a pause or checkpoint function? Will this be hard to produce? Our computations take about 2 weeks to run so it is very detrimental to our productivity when the machine is stopped for any reason.

There is no checkpoint support in the analysis at the moment, but it is actually quite easy to add. I'll put that on my list of things to do.
