Hi,

I'm running the GABranch analysis, and the item first on the queue seems to have been there for 75 hours - being fourteenth in the queue that would amount to a wait of several weeks... is this normal or has something got jammed somewhere?

Hi Lewis, our queue is set up to only run one job for each analysis type at a time. This is to prevent overloading our cluster. We realize it must be frustrating to be 14th in this long list of GABranch jobs. Since we don't do any IP logging and don't restrict the number of jobs a user can submit, a single user can really "hog" the FIFO queue.
