Hello:
I've been bitten by a very minor bug when viewing the bar chart of analysis results. If I forget and try to display dN/dS in the bar chart the program gives me the spinning beach ball of death and eventually quits with a memory overflow error. I believe this could be happening due of dN/dS values of infinity. If this is so it would be useful for absent-minded users like myself if the program would somehow abort out of attempting this display (in a non-fatal manner). Also, when I change the y-axis values it appears that the axis label remains "dN" regardless of the chosen data for display. I am running HyPhy2.0020101222beta(MP) under Mac OS 10.6.7. Cheers, Kurt |
