Has anyone out there tried the HyPhy distribution on OS Lion? Are there any compatibility issues with the GUI/MPI environments that anyone is aware of?

...just trying to get a feel of the water before taking the plunge...

Hi Sam,

The command line binary works just fine. The GUI version is mostly OK, but set the number of threads to one, because OS X.7 exposed a previously tolerated threading issue that crashes the program quite often. I'm trying to track it down.
