Hi,

I found on the DataMonkey website two very useful methods, GABranch for testing selective pressure vary along lineages and GARD for finding all the recombination breakpoints. I just wonder can I run both of these analyses in HyPhy Package instead of using the website server? If yes, how can I do this?

Hi Lillian,
