Hi Sergei,
   I couldn't find the data  files of GUI Example in HYPHY Documentation. ;)And I find that the format'.cod'  couldn't be recognized in HYPHY. Besides , making all  long sequence names shorter at a stretch is a big problem,too.
  Need your help,thank you so much!

Hi there,

The GUI example are really out of date, I am afraid. We are actively documenting HyPhy on the new wiki (Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login), so this should not remain a problem for much longer. In the meantime please get the files from Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login

To open files in HyPhy (I presume you are doing this on a Mac), see this Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login

I don't quite understand what you mean by

   Thank you for your resources,Sergei.I am so sorry that I didn't replied in time because I had gone back home to spend the Spring Festival.And I got the problem"making all  long sequence names shorter at a stretch"in the document of Hyphy named'Selection Analyses',which should be practiced in the section 2.3.3.
