Hi,

I have run my analyses on an alignment of 86 sequences and 298 codons. However, when I open the pdf of the aminoacid translation only the first 160 residues are displayed.
The analysis has definitely been run on the whole alignment.
Any ideas why that is ?

Hi Marie,

Can you paste in the link to the analysis where you saw this behavior (I presume you ran the file through Datamonkey)?
