Dear HyPhy creators,
I have a problem when I read the course of the hyphy . In the course there has the method to teach us how to use the hyphy to compute the genetic distance between the sequence.Did the hyphy can cumpute the genetic distance between the lineages ？ :)

Hi there,

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you are asking.

1). What course are you referring to?
2). One can't really compute distances between lineages, but rather ALONG lineages or BETWEEN sequences. Which one of those do you want to accomplish?
