Hi, I'm trying to learn how to use the compartmentalization tools in the HyPhy package. I would like to know if there exists any tutorial or manual for these tools, as I can't find any references to these test on the available HyPhy manuals.

The only reference I found on the web is this one:
Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login

But it looks like an exercise, without any explanation about how these tools work or when is advisable to use them.

We have developed most of these tools for a comparative study we published in 2007 (Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login, e-mail me if you can't access the PDF). The paper describes what the methods do and how they perform on real and simulated data.

There is no comprehensive document describing analysis options, but you can find some information on these boards (use the search box and make sure to select the option to display all messages and not just those posted in the last week [default]), or just ask some follow-up questions here.
