Hello community,

I have a phylogeny of viruses that infect several hosts, and I'd like to test whether hosts switches are associated with changes in rates. I figured I'd like to use GAbranch but I can't seem to find it on HyPhy. I tried datamonkey but given the size of my alignment it's not feasible.
Is there any .bf file that I can use? Is Gabranch available in HyPhy?
