Title: Automating the hyphy
Post by figo on Nov 6th, 2012 at 5:56am
Hi All

I wanted to automate my task in ubuntu (linux).I made a template file like this and named it batch_run.bf
inputRedirect = {};
inputRedirect["00"]="1";
inputRedirect["01"]="1";
inputRedirect["02"]="1";
inputRedirect["03"]="/home/figo/Desktop/hiv.nex";
inputRedirect["04"]="GY94";
inputRedirect["05"]="1";
inputRedirect["06"]="Y";

Now i want to know how i can execute it with ./HYPHYMP . I was trying some thing like ./HYPHYMP  batch_run.bf but it is not showing any thing.

From the tutorial it is not clear for me how to run it.Please let me know how to do it.

Regards

Hi there,

You need to add an ExecuteAFile ("filename", options) line to your batch file to actually have HyPhy call the file. See Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login for example.
