Hi
I am new to Hyphy and was running an analysis on the GUI. So I choose Standard analysis -> Positive Selection -> testBranchdNdS i feed in my alignment and my (rooted) tree
The analysis runs (well it chrashed a couple of times)... I choose to test all nodes (to start I left all parameters on default) After 2h it finishes and I can go to results and do the test and I do get 4 Trees at the end but not a dN/dS tree.....
How can I get this one? The option dN-dS branches is always grey.... Thanks in advance

Hi Astrid,

Please use BranchSiteREL instead (testbranchdnds is an old an unsupported analysis; sorry about your issues with it).
