I am using SLAC, and analyzing tips separately from internal branches with an HKY model of evolution. My dataset contains 1849 species and 1701 distinct sites. I get the error in the attachment in phase 4 of the analysis. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Catherine,

Which version of HyPhy are you using? I thought I had fixed this bug -- which options in SLAC did you select?

Hi Sergei:

I am using version 2.1120120618beta(MP) for Mac OS X.

SLAC options: HKY model of evolution; est dN/dS only.
