hello,I am using the FEL method to analyse a gene of 26 virus isolates,while someting happened
.But in SLAC ,everthing is fine.Why?

Hi Jerry,

You are seeing this error because one of the cluster nodes crashed and took some of the running jobs with it last night.
Sorry about this.
Please rerun the FEL analysis and it should complete without error.
