I got this error when running REL or MEME:

Please report this error to spond at ucsd dot edu (I will need to look at your original alignment to diagnose the problem, most likely). Sorry about this!

p4_error: latest msg from perror: Operation not permitted
p0_71632: p4_error: net_create_slave: bproc_move: -1

any idea about what to do?

Hi Matias,

This error was due to an accidental cluster misconfiguration. Everything should be running again.
