Hi Sergie

I have small questions about choosing GTR as the substitution model when analysing compartmentalization using Fst.

I thought you need to choose Custom and enter 6 digit code, 012345, to choose GTR for Fst compartmentalization. Is this right?

What is the difference between GRM and GTR? (could you please recommend me some papers about GRM? :-[)

Hi Eunok,

GTR and GRM are the same thing: General Time Reversible vs General Reversible Model. Sorry for the confusion.
