Title: Cannot find source dataset

I have been trying to upload an alignment sequence/ do a New Analysis. The sequence has been uploaded in PHYLIP, Clustal/ FASTA, and Nexus, but no matter the format I get this error message (see attached image). Please help! It's so frustrating.
