Hello,
I am trying to learn how to use HyPhy using the commands handbook on the website but every now and then I keep coming across "See files in the Examples directory". Unfortunately, I have tried hard to find the Examples directory without any success. I will really appreciate if someone could please direct me on how to locate this directory. Particularly, I need the "MatrixIndexing.bf" file. I use HyPhy on Mac.

The example files have long been deleted from the distro.
