Good day.

I have a problem with FUBAR - it returns strange results for both mine and test data.

1) it didnt fins any sites under positive selection even in test data
2) it returns SAME parameters for all sites

For example, for test data  lysin.nex.fubar.csv consists of header and 134 rows

Quote:

with ALL values same except site number

Is it a bug or i made something wrong?
