Hello Smiley,
  You Hyphy developers are simply great with the new version. I hope that Hyphy will soon include mtrev and mtmam models in the aaModelComparison option for Model selection.

Dear Cor,

I'll add these models (and the +F variants) to the next HyPhy build. This should happen in about 2 weeks - we are finishing the GTK (Linux) port of the HyPhy GUI, so I'll roll the models into the next major build.

Dear Cor,

As of March 16th, 2005 build, mtMAM and mtREV24 have been added as available models for protein sequence analayis and into the aaModelComparison analysis.
