Dear HyPhy users,

I managed to introduce a nasty bug during my recent optimization passes. This bug could be manifested as strange crashes, especially when dealing with larger data sets.

This bug has been fixed as of June 24th, 2005, and I strongly encourage everyone who downloaded the package between June 10th and June 24th to update to the latest version.
