Hi,
I am doing a bunch of LRT for which I do a certain number of replicates. I try to implement the distribution of calculations on several processors. I could not find any tutorial about MPI programing in Hyphy. Do you have any suggestions (example file) or pointers?
Thanks,
Olivier

Dear Olivier,
Let me put a little tutorial example together for you. Hopefully, I'll post in a few days.
Cheers,
Sergei

Dear Olivier,
Sorry it took me such a long time, but here's some example code for you: Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!! You need to

It's completely self-contained (except it downloads an example alignment from the web).
Cheers,
Sergei
