I'm sure that there's a simple explanation for this, but:
I'm trying to import neighbor-joining trees from PAUP* into HYPHY, and for one of them I'm only given an unscaled tree.  i.e. For some reason the branch lengths aren't being read into HYPHY.  I've checked the Phylip tree strings and there's no obvious difference between files.
Thanks,
- Art.

Would you kindly send me the files in question? I am a bit puzzled as to why you see this behavior.

Cheers,

For posterity's sake, I'll note here that this will happen when attempting to display tree strings with negative branch lengths, and that I somehow missed a negative sign when attempting a fix before the original post.
How embarrasing. =)
