running 64 cpu cluster ?

hello,

i will next week try to run hyphy on a 64 proc xeon cluster.
is hyphy being used with this scale of cluster ?

would you have hints ? common errors ?
i've already read a thread about "mpi compilation" in this forum.

Dear Paul,

We have an 80 node cluster for Datamonkey.org, and some of the tasks scale quite well to many processors.

Let me know what you were thinking of running, and I'll try to be more specific with advice.

thanks, well i don't have the workload yet, a viral phylogeny study.
if it works for you it will probably work for me
