PARRIS is a standard analysis located under the Selection/Recombination rubrik. You can run it from a standalone version.
GA branch is a computer intensive task (it requires an MPI cluster). If you want to give that a try, download the files from Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!! You need to
