Equivalent ways of using BASESET?

Hi,

I am using a substitution model using 122x122 rate matrix. One way I have done that is by defining new alphabet using BASESET. However I would like to use ReadFromString. Is there any way to do that?

Dear Elyrajo,

You can always append the BASESET blurb to the beginning of the string you pass on to ReadFromString.
