tree file with TRANSLATE not recognized

tried to read in a legitime nexus-style tree file (leave names listed first after TRANSLATE) after reading in accompanying data but repeatedly got an error message while starting likelihood build function that leaf of the tree had no match in the data. TRANSLATE of nexus not recognized?

Dear Jaakko,

TRANSLATE should recognized. Could you attach the file that generated the errors here?
