This is my run and I'm concerned that I've done something wrong since the queue reports 0 sequences and 0 sites...

anyone seen this before?

Dear rjarekm,

This problem was due to a HYPHY version update on datamonkey.org
Thanks for alerting me to the issue - I removed the job from the queue and it should now function properly. Please resubmit your analysis and sorry for the inconvenience.
