When compiling HYPHY GTK with MPI, the following error is given:

main-GTK.cxx: In function 'int main(int, char**)':
main-GTK.cxx:261: error: '_hy_mpi_node_rank' was not declared in this scope
Error during compilation

...running gentoo linux w/ GCC 4.1.2 and MPICH 2.

ALSO, non-GTK HYPHY MPI build succeeds.

Dear elninio,

Thanks for reporting the issue! I will fix the compilation problem.
The GTK MPI build is very experimental and I never quite got it to work properly, so I would discourage its use at the moment.
