Directional selection

Hi,
I am trying to implement the directional selection model as published in the MBE 2008 paper but I can not find it in HYPHY. I am using the MAC OSX version and just wondeirng is it implented in the program or where can I get the batch for it

Dear Phylo,

The file you are looking for can be found under Standard Analyses->Positive Selection->Directional REL.bf

Also, take a look at Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login for discussion and examples of how to process the results.
