Error: Invalid string argument 'categDef1 ...
Feb 10th, 2010 at 7:50am

I was trying  run dNdSRateAnalysis.bf either using the GUI or in command line I get this error:

Error:
Invalid string argument 'categDef1' in call to ExecuteCommands/ExecuteAFile.
Current BL Command:ExecuteCommands in string categDef1 reading input from /home/jose/programs/HYPHY_Source/TemplateBatchFiles/2RatesAnalyses/

Please can someone help me to fix the problem. I attach the bf file I´ve used.
Thanks.

Hi Jose,

I just tried your code (on a random file) and everything ran fine. Could you please update to the latest HyPhy version from Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login and try again?
