Hello,

        I uploaded 52 sequences and performed model selection and GARD analysis. Then using these results I set up SLAC analysis. I got positively selected sites but only the first 4 and last 4 are in the correct frame. For some reason, there has been a shift in the frame in between. I checked my alignment and could not identify any mistake. All gaps are also in multiples of 3.

         Is there something I am missing?
