Numbers at the beginning of file names
Sep 21st, 2010 at 5:42pm

Hello.  I downloaded the HyPHY package today and ran into what I think is a small bug.  I loaded a Data file titled 824_61AND761Days, but the file name is displayed as _24_61AND761Days at the top of the GUI.

Hi Crystal,
That's not so much a bug as an odd naming convention when HyPhy is spawning data panels.  However, because I'm not involved in the GUI source I couldn't tell you why Smiley

Hi Crystal,

As Art was saying, HyPhy 'standardizes' data set names to turn them into valid identifiers -- hence the underscore to begin the data set name. Sorry for the confusion.
