Error during REL with a partition file
Nov 3rd, 2010 at 5:19pm

Dear Sirs,

The following error ocurrered while I was doing a REL analysis in HyPhy (dNdSRateAnalysis_MF.bf), with Dual rate variation model and GDD distributions with 3 classes for alfa and beta, and using one NEXUS file with two partitions (containing dataset+trees):
"Operation TipCount is not defined for 0
Current BL Command:res[1][1]=res[1][1]+TipCount
(givenTree)+BranchCount(givenTree)-1
Current job/operation has been terminated".

When I click "Oh well", repeating error messages appear.

Do you know what this mean??
Does it mean there is a problem with my input file?
(I send the file attached, as well as a picture of the HyPhy error window).

Thank you in advance for your time,

Pedro Borrego

Hi Pedro,

Sorry about the bug -- I have found the issue in the analysis file and patched it. Please download the attached .bf and place in inside 'TemplateBatchFiles' directory in the HyPhy installation, replacing the file that is already there.

Best,
Sergei

Great, thank you so much.
I'll try to run it now.
