Hi,

I have had 2 problems with my own data today. I have confirmed these problems by doing the corresponding examples.

1. HYPHY: Hypothesis testing using phylogenies, Local branch parameters

When I try to define the ratio=trsv/trst parameter for the tree viewer, the program freezes when I click "OK"

2. Example 1 of the GUIExamples

When I choose 'Data'->'Additional Info'->'Rate Class' menu item in the data panel, the new "rate class" row contains only zeros.

Hi Sergei,

First I reinstalled the latest build (windows) and then retried 1). It worked fine this time.

I attached a screenshot for 2). The top panel is what happens on my computer while the bottom panel is the example from the website.
