Hyphy v2.0 source code problem downloading
Feb 8th, 2011 at 2:45am

Hello,

Although not a Hyphy bug itself, I've tried downloading the source code for the Hyphy 2.0 package to install on our cluster system for 2 days now, but I could not get a proper connection to the download page.
Could this be checked?

(I would have included the links for clarity but new users can't post hyperlinks Smiley

Thanks!

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Have you tried Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login ?

Does
Code:
$svn checkout http://www.datam0nk3y.org/svn/hyphy/

work? I just checked the links now and both seems to work OK.

Hallo,

Yes I was at the right page for downloading the source code. Unfortunately I was so naive to think clicking the link at the source code would lead to the download site. My only excuse I can give is that I'm a simple biologist who was collecting the data for his system administrator to install  Roll Eyes

Thank you for your reply.

Dear Kevin,

I am glad you sorted it out. I should probably provide a download link to an archive as well for people that do not have SVN or don't want to bother with it.
