Dear Sir,
Because of the sequence limitations, I can not use the GA-Branch test implemented on the datamonkey server. So, I am trying to run the GA-branch test on a local computer. But I keep getting this error (please see the attached image).

Could you please let me know what has gone wrong? I am using a nexus formatted sequence file and a tree-file without branch lengths. I do have an MPI build of HyPhy and I am using a quad-core laptop but I do not know if I have to setup an MPI environment. If yes, could you please let me know how to?
