Dear Hyphy team,
I run into a problem. When execute the dNdSresultprocessor.bf,by selecting Distributions,Dual, and postscript,I got a plot attached. However,it seems didn't have some document about it ,and my question is how to interpret the plot?I quite puzzle about it ?

Thank you very much!

Hi Linxi,

In Datamonkey, this analysis is under "Evolutionary Fingerprinting".
