Problems in building HYPHY2 Xcode4 in the Lion

Hello everyone,

Well, I'm trying, doing the steps on page Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!! You need to

Login but can not build in HYPHY Xcode4, the program has changed for those who are in the screenshots page.

I can get to step 6, then do not stop and I can not get out of it ....

Could you help me?

Thank you for your reply.

But I still can not install HYPHY2.

I tried the Terminal, but it does not install.

I tried the command cmake. and then make install and nothing happening, either via the terminal, do not have the HYPHY2

Then I tried cmake -G Xcode, but when I open the generated project and then clicking Run Xcode shows the message build failed.

And now? Any suggestions?

Hi Jackson,

Can you remove your CMakeCache.txt and CMakeFiles directory in the HyPhy src directory, and just run a regular `cmake .` from within Terminal.app in the HyPhy source directory?

After that, run `make MP2 VERBOSE=1`. Please post the error you get here. That will help us debug your specific problem.
