compile MP OSX Lion

Hi,

Perhaps this is a dumb question, but I'm a bit stuck and could use a tip...I'm trying to compile the multithreaded version of HYPHY using cmake, and I typed the options as specified in the README.md file, included making the library. However, the version produced is only running on one thread. What did I miss?

Hi Chris,

OpenMP seems to be broken on OS X Lion (or maybe our code is broken and only exposed on OS X Lion), so multithreading is disabled for OS X Lion.
