Help! Can't install HyPhy in Ubuntu

I'm trying to install HyPhy in ubuntu, however I get the folloging error messages when runing sudo make GTEST:

src/core/batchlan2.cpp:36:21: error: sqlite3.h: No such file or directory

some idea?

Hi Luis,

I'll check to see what the problem is. In the meantime, please use the MP2 target (GTEST is only for internal testing purposes).
