I wonder how I can perform the bootstrap test, when I do a phylogenetic reconstruction.
Because right after saving the tree, I click on results and only appears to me the option of nonparametric bootstrap, which ends up giving errors.

HPHY does boostrap test on the tree??
I need these values​​, due to a request of the reviewers of the journal.
