Windows Installation Problem

Hello

Sorry to post such a trivial question, but as far as I can see the link to the Windows version on the download page downloads the naked exe for Windows rather than an installer - when I start it, HyPhy starts up, and warns me that it can't find any data files. I don't see any installer dialogs. I have looked for a link to the installer both on the download page and in github, but can't find anything except the naked exe.
